Fat Fabrications Western Service Tour 2024

The 2024 FAT Fabrications Western Servise Tour is now accepting deposits to secure a position on the tour schedule! A replacement tour truck is in the works and current plans are to depart from East Texas in the 1-2nd week of September. The tour will last as long as needed to address each customers needs. No hard dates can be adheared to when dealing with 50 yo truck repairs so please keep flexible.
Im traveling as far north as Northern Minnesota, as far west as Oak Harbor, WA, as far south as San Diego, and all parts in between.
If you want to schedule a visit, you MUST email me at fatfabrications@yahoo.com to pan out details and arrange payment. No last minute visits will be entertained if no email was received or deposits made. No visits will be planned after departure from Texas. I will have T shirts and stickers with me for disbursement.

In the meantime, I have several trucks to aid in completion before I depart.

I’d love to have Vince ride along to “ document “ the tour. I think it could make for a great follow up to episodes 1&2. I am more than willing to cover room and board as well as earnings if he chooses to participate in the efforts. Not sure how many owners would like to see their trucks in the next episode. Maybe use this as a focus on a wider variety of owners. interviews with owners, their families, walk around of their trucks. It would be interesting to see how many off us are out there.

Pipe in if you think it would be a good idea. Donate to Vince’s PayPal so he can afford the trip and pay bills while out.

I have intent on doing some fabrication for him on his U1300 around his place. Maybe that’s how we end the show. Just thoughts.

you would be most welcome to make yourself at home at our place along your journey.
Easiest way to find our location is to plug the location Northwest MogFest into Google Maps. It drops a pin dead center into the middle of our farm. We have plenty of room and it is not unusual to have European families with large overland/expedition trucks stopping in and sometimes staying for weeks or more.

is the kind of answer you give when people ask if children are in your near future. Or when are you tying the knot. There’s almost never a “good time” for anything. Only convenient or inconvenient. I assume the latter applies here.
