Never seen these before - thought they were interesting
One on each side of Swiss models (Austrian don't have the holes drilled and tapped?) holds flags and can act as a handle when getting in.

I will look for holes in my frame. I have never seen a pic with those mounted to a Pinz.

I remember these, I believe they were part of a kit (stored in a wooden box like everything in the Swiss Army) to allow the mount of an orange warning beacon. Usually it was one beacon on the driver side, plugged next to the hazard lights switch.

I mostly saw this kind of kits on Puch G-230s that were used as field telephone line laying trucks, as I spent quite some time installing this old-but-secure mean of communication while in the service. These trucks need the beacon as they are always on the side of the road, either stopped or slowly crawling forward. Once the vehicles were returned to the depot, the beacon and mount kit were back in their respective boxes, probably at different ends of the warehouse, so it is nice to see them reunited with a Pinz...

Would be a good place for an antenna [WINKING FACE] as someone who has to fit 4 Antennas on their vehicle I'm always looking [WINKING FACE]
