Crested Butte Treffen - ATV Accident Rescue

For those of you who were part of the rescue effort on Pearl Pass at
the 2006 Crested Butte Treffen, I have an update on the girls'
condition...
She has been transported to Craig Hospital (Spinal Specialists) where
she is recovering from surgery on 2 fractured vertebrae.
She is partially paralyzed, but everybody remains hopefull that she will walk
again.
Her sister is fine, but very traumatized by the events on the pass.
I spoke with a friend of the family and everybody is grateful that the
RMP Club was able to help and get her out of there in such a timely
manner. (Largley due to Scott's Sat. Phone - Thanks Scott!)
