is this the really nice 710m ive been looking for or should i keep looking?

this is a nice truck. We had it for sale here for a while, if I remember correctly, it was very clean.

That was over a year ago, the owner decided at that point that he was going to keep it. I guess he's decided to sell it again.

I was actually about to buy that one about a year ago.
Ended up getting a VW Syncro instead of a Pinz.
A little more practical for my 7 month old son.

Dirtgum, its a nice one! I'd say about $12-14k would be a good price for it. Below that is a steal.

I watch the prices of 710 and 712s daily. I've seen them dip to the $5k for some work needed, all the way into the high teens. 710s have a tough time selling for more than about $12k. Not saying they don't, but they start to get close to some of the 712 deals that are out there.

I purchased mine for $11k but have a few grand into it on top. If you can find one that needs nothing for 13, maybe 14k... its worth it. Shipping could be a beast though.

I'm VERY happy to see that the 710 prices are rebounding.
