Spare Tire Mounting on Winch Bumper Stinger

Has anyone contmplated mounting a spare tire on a forward leaning stinger of a winch bumper. Much like Phil Tupelu's design:

The question would be if adequate airflow remained for engine cooling, so I expect this to be a no-go but not having my new truck yet, I cannot even guess.
