Usually they will post on their website if the business is going to be temporarily out of office.
there may be many reasons that they do not answer the phone, don't give up.

I ordered a bunch of stuff on line 2 days ago. Email yesterday saying it had shipped.

I have had occasion to speak with Scott at NWMF and at several other situations. You would be amazed at the type of calls he receives.
Many asking how to do something, how to get something and some to actually order parts.
He spends the majority of his time in the shop on the phone...it is his full time business.
You will get so much better response than if you are calling some other dealers. I have always had very good results calling SAV also.
Patience is the word.
