Shortest cab forward vehicle?
Id love a small cab forward vehicle for driving around in the city. The smaller the better. I've been thinking of a shortened VW bus. Any other ideas?

Shortening VW buses have been done since I was a kid ( and no, it wasn't cutting the middle out of a dinosaur )
The shorter wheelbase and all the weight forward make them tend to change ends under braking and even flip.

I agree. The "shorty bus" thing is really rough to drive. Find an old Subaru Sambar...

I really like the DAF micro vehicles. The DAF Pony would be a great addition to a collection and very easy to work on. In your neck of the woods is one of the larger DAF micro clubs (good thing they are that side of the states or I would have a garage full of micros)

Saw the Daihatsu 4x at MogFest in Sheridan a few years ago. Don't think I can get them here.
