I'm in Canada but my mom is American so I am smoking turkey breast
Brined it overnight - so it should be nice and juicy
Will be doing smoked mashed followed by a smoked apple pie with ice cream and cold smoked cheddar cheese
Can you tell I like to smoke stuff

picked up my Thanksgiving feast at The Buffalo Dinosaur BBQ location. Mama Cooter's stuffing, smoked and pit roasted turkey, gravy, gravy and more gravy, etc. Can't wait!

I love having two Thanksgivings.......bring on the fat pants! :D

If you put maple syrup on ice cream it sort of has a smoky flavor.

Smoked ice is great in either a whiskey or a bloody mary!
Can you guys figure out how you would do it?

Happy Thanksgiving All!

Roast duck for us this year - a change from the usual turkey.
Stuffing, squash, green beans , etc. as always. Caramel apple pie ice cream to polish us off.

The diet begins on Monday!
