Any posts here on what to look for when buying a Pinzgauer?

I just registered because I had scrolled a little trying to find a thread referencing the post title.
I'm going to be shopping for another vehicle next year. I used to live about two miles from Eurotruck Iimporters and stopped and looked at a couple Mogs, kind of scanned over the Pinzgauers he had, but never paid much attention to them. There was a guy north of me that bought one (a 710) prior to Y2K, and then had it for sale for years, and lastly, a business near to me had a yellow one for sale- I think it was a 712, but can't remember.
Anyway, I watched a couple youtube videos and saw that they are very capable 4x4's, but I wonder about maintenance, parts, upkeep, problem areas and such when considering buying one.
I'm currently driving a 93 Toyota FZJ80 that is capable and rugged, but it looks like a Pinzgauer has more room for gear, and that a 712 may be able to be turned into an expo camper pretty easily.
Any tips or directions to head from here?
