Insurance coverage for Pinzgauer Massachusetts?

I'm in the process of purchasing a 712 K from expedition imports. My next hurdle is finding an insurer for the vehicle. Is there anyone in the Boston Massachusetts area that could potentially give me some leads on finding and insurer that is willing to work with this vehicle?
Thanks
Brady in Boston Ma.

I went through this battle in TX. I ended up speaking with a national representative from Progressive and she helped me. I'm not sure if they will insure a 712, but they had no issue insuring my 710. Trying calling the same woman. I will look up the number and post it for you. Best of luck!

I've looked around and may have a lead or two! If it comes through and actually happens I'll follow up here!

Grundy worked well when I lived in Mass.

Be careful with classic vehicle insurance. I almost daily drive my Pinz and when I asked Hagerty if I could do that, they said NO WAY. They don't have a mileage restriction but they say most people just take a short drive on the weekends, participate in parades, or go to the car show. Then as I pried more they went on to explain that my comprehensive coverage would be denied if I was commuting and got in a wreck with someone underinsured and, even worse, they would pursue the amount of the claim for anything I damage in an accident (IE: they pay out per the law but then sue you for the same amount because you violated the terms of your ins). If you see yourself barely driving the Pinz, classic vehicle insurance rocks if you can keep it in a garage. But if your like me and like to drive regularly, make sure you get the specifics of your insurance!

I looked into Hagarty and ya no mileage restriction but they didn't say I couldn't drive it anywhere. They also wanted proof I had other cars to drive. I sent them proof of my two VW syncros, Ford Focus and Motorcycle to drive as actual daily drivers. As long as I'm not racing it and its not turbo charged (lol) or its not parked on the street say when I'm at my house then all else is OK. I gather I'll drive it more in the spring / summer and it will be locked away from the New England Salt fall... oh wait I meant to say Snow fall! If I'm not using it during the week or weekends then it can be in my commercial garage.
Because it may not be continuously in a garage they charge more but that's reasonable.
I'll most likely go with Hagarty but I'm still looking at other vendors. If I go with Hagarty and something down the road comes up I can always switch providers.
I was clear with all that I looked into because that's easier then trying to BS later on!
