Pruning accounts and new accounts

I just spent way too much time dealing with a lot of new, fake accounts. It looks like another spam attack of Russian origin. If you see a spammer post, please flag it and I'll deal with it. I think I deleted 99% of them.

I also ran across a few old registrations that somehow slipped through. They are approved as of now so if you signed up a while back, (even a year ago) sorry about that but the system will occasionally not notify me of a new account.
