I have pulled my gearbox/rear diff and rear axle out from under my haflinger. I am ready to get into the gearbox to hopefully resolve the issue of 2nd gear not staying engaged. It will shift in to 2nd gear but pops out immediately unless pressure is held on the stick shift to hold it in place.
Any advice before I tear into the transmission? I have the repair manual instructions which are vague and include no graphics. I have tried to access Photobucket images from goatwerks, which seems to not work. Does anyone have any pics of any basic advice on do's and dont's as I disassemble?

All my photobucket pictures should be unlocked, they had massive server issues past month.

I checked and all screws are there. The 2nd one down from the top is in almost all the way. Are these used to adjust the shifting? Are they specific to each gear?

Thanks for the response Jim. I tried viewing your Photobucket link and can't see any pics. I've tried from 3 devices and a couple different browsers. I been made sure my JavaScript was enabled, etc? Not sure what the issue is there.Jim LaGuardia wrote: ↑Tue Jan 14, 2020 3:18 pm All my photobucket pictures should be unlocked, they had massive server issues past month.
