Looks very nice - and LHD as well. Thought they couldn't be imported unless they are 25 years old? What's the deal?

It's a P80, 1990 or earlier.
It has been reworked. No headlamp guards, no headlamp washers.
The hardtop cab is for a RHD. Hatch is always over the passenger, but the winshield wipers are for a LHD ( they are different between LHD and RHD on the TDs)
It also has the folding sides for palatalize loading.
If I hazarded a guess, I would say it has always been a LHD truck and the hardtop was fitted from a Malaysian Pinz

"Detective Dave" is on the job!
I think your right re the top Dave.......usually the dead give-away re Malaysian Pinny's is they are fitted with riot screen so they drill the top and windscreen frame to fit nutserts for the mounts, however whilst you can't really see any holes in this situation (they may have been filled) the roof hatch location/look is typical of Malaysian vehicles.
