Heavy clutch
My clutch is significantly heavier than on another Pinz I drove. There does not seem to be any binding, just a very heavy spring, which I assume is the ones on the pressure plate. I had another car in which the clutch got harder over time, so I am wondering if I need a new pressure plate. Has anybody changed a pressure plate and noticed less clutch effort?

Re: Heavy clutch
I have replaced one and no I did not notice a difference. I used a stock Pinz part. There is a BMW plate that works also but mine is still sitting in its box, so I can't tell you if would be easier.

Re: Heavy clutch
I am going to get one of the girls to try it tomorrow. It seems ok to me, but I know they have trouble with the clutch in my car. Hope they say it is fine

Re: Heavy clutch
I just installed a new pressure plate last week...I did not notice a difference.
Mahalo for your assistance!
