headlight replacement

Post by andy »

I just got two of the Hellas from Scott because one of my original headlights burnout the filament for the high beam and I thought it would be better just to upgrade now.

On the originals there is the three prong receptacle that attaches to the back of the headlight AND a small piece of circuit board that has two spade type connectors on it. The new Hellas apparently don't have a provision for the two connectors on the circuit board piece. What are those connectors for and what do I do with them? Just tape them off?

Thanks

Andy

That board is for the 4 watt convoy running lites. If the new bulbs are not equipped then insulate the wires or remove them.
