PNW snow is here!
Re: PNW snow is here!
Another great snow day. Took too hard of hit sliding down a slope and the outer drivers side glass slid back and shattered. Only casualty.

Recieved a full set of Daves tinted glass. Now just need to stop playing with the Pinz and install them. Hopeing to get my heater and winch from Scott at EI soon and these snow runs are getting colder and colder, deeper and deeper!

Re: PNW snow is here!
Middle of March exploring some back roads this weekend and ran into that NW storm! Found a 3 sided warming hut, built a fire and had a great Pinz day shared with good company. Everyone loves the Swiss snow missle and ability to haul a bunch of people , gear, firewood etc to have a GREAT time! 400 miles and a few tanks of fuel this weekend.

Awesome! Looks like you had a great time. I wish I lived closer I'd come join you on some of these excursions. The only thing better than a Swiss snow missle, is two of them

Re: PNW snow is here!
That insulated top makes it look almost comfortable! Andre and I had plans to make a rigid tow/push bar to connect two trucks together, and make a wintertime run over the passes to the Saline Valley Hot Springs - one truck pulling, the other pushing, should get through just about ANY amount of snow! At least that was the plan...
...never got around to trying it.
