Made some brackets from aluminum electrical connectors from home depot. Just needed to enlarge the tunnel to fit the mirror stalk and add a hole to mount the mirror.

I guess I usually look for a simple, quick and easy to make option. I just used a couple small pieces of 3/4 X 1/8 flat strap and a vise to make my brackets.

I just use 4 inch round spot mirrors.
