Seems like it is getting that way! But no, it is mostly like it came from the Swiss (neglegting the exoskeleton, winch and bumper (thanks to Andre for these two), tires/wheels, seats, tranny, engine, fuel injection (thanks to Jim L for these two),... on an on, with lots of help)"Did you build that yourself?"

In your particular case, couldn't you answer yes?
OK, so it's not completely stock. But it is completely fun! (Ain't all Pinzi's???)

This weekend, we had a local parade/celebration. I drove my kids to the parade start (they were marching in the band). The sides were rolled up, and the windshield down. When the kids got out, the cops opened the street barrier and waved me in-- apparently thought I was going to be in the parade.
Later, after parking, I walked up to my 712 where I heard 3 guys standing around discussing how sea-worthy these were and how fast these "ducks" went in the water. I think I might get one of those cheesy hitch reciever propellers at the local boat store and put it on the back. Really screw with them.
Another guy, very quiet carefully looked over the Pinz, with his hand on it the whole time and some emotion in his voice, told me he once rode in one across part of the Sahara in Africa for a week. I wanted to get more of that story as it sounded believable, but he left too soon.
