good customer service

called buytruckstuff (where i bought them) referred me to ASL (maker) - talked with Art- appearently they got a bad batch of componnets from Germany. were 24 v max and since our systems hit 28v when brakes or blinkers are applied it can fry them. 
returning good ones and bad ones for replacement. 
hopefully have them by week end. 
my guess if you are not frying them you did not get that batch??????
