I have been trying to get a hold of Scott at EI with no luck. Started to 2 help tickets because I didn’t think one went through and a voicemail. Haven’t heard a thing back on either. Is he out of country or something?

I spoke with Steve earlier in the week and he mentioned that Scott was ill and resting at home.

yep, I spoke with Scott and Steve earlier this week. The best way is the help ticket system. Sometimes they do get real busy and it takes a bit to get back but they always do.
