Going from synthetic back to "normal" lubes?

I want to run traditional lubes, but the former owner was running synthetics. Is there a way to "flush" the cases, or does it matter?

I am noticing a few "weeps" here and there and hope to stop/slow them.

It doesn't matter according my local lube shop owner. He says that you could even alternate natural and synthetic lubes every time you change the fluids.
