Step thingy

Post by karoja »

Can somebody please enlighten this Kraut what you call those little foldable steps (or footholds) that you sometimes see on school buses so the driver can reach and wash the front windo and/or service the unit?

Thanks in advance,
Karl

Last year we were attending an air show and the Houston Police Department had several of their swat team vehicles on display. One of them had those folding steps on the rear installed to reach a command / viewing deck. So this one police officer asking me if I have any questions for him about his admittedly very cool truck and all I could think of at the time was, where did this steps come from?!?!
