Moderator or site owner... how bout a forum user guide

Hello - It would be very helpful if someone could post instructions on how to include images in posts, links etc... maybe an FAQ for new users.
I've had a couple of PM's asking me how to do this... It may seem simple to folks that use other forums etc...but for others, it's new.
Just thought I'd put in a request!
