Can sombeody please help me with the output of this plug?

Is it wired through the main breaker, or through the switch? Where do I find the male conterpart? Could it run my fidge (runs both on 12 and 24 v. Thanks in advance,

Always on 24v. Solid 12 gauge wire. It runs my back up lights and 4 fog lamps. I snipped the wire inside the the engine compartment and connected there.
