is there a (pinz) doctor in the house?

I'm in need of a pre purchase inspection in Phoenix. the seller states the 712 has been maintained by the Pinz doctor. I can't find his info
if i remember correctly (not often) his name's Tony? can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you!
