Does anyone know if SAV is on reduced hours or someting? Not getting the usual rapid response.

My guess is they have been working at there off site warehouse. As they have been putting alot of stuff on ebay lately. I stopped by two weeks ago on wednesday then on my return on friday and no one was there.
