did i break something?

ok, so i took my pinz out for its first quick bout of moderate off-roading... some light trails, a few crawls over some downed trees (not very big, maybe 8"-10" diameter) and wrapped it up with a slightly steep mountain climb.

well when i returned home (home...not at a bar...really...) i noticed that my rear wheels were slightly kicked out at the top, and my leaf springs seem to tilt inward.

it looks like there are pivots underneath the springs at each end, so i'm not sure if that is meant to happen. nothing looks like it is broken to me, but then again, i don't know much.

here are a few pictures i snapped, any help or input is appreciated.

No, that looks normal. I think it was designed that way so as you add weight to the truck, the axles pivot up and INWARD and the springs follow the inward motion when they are angled as they are. The bottom end of the travel is when things get "light" so it doesn't matter so much if the springs don't follow the axle arc.

Keep on having fun!

Where are your coil springs? Or does the 712 not have them?

coil springs are only in front on a 712, rear has leafs.

I saw a 712 the other day with no body on it, just the wheels and central tube.
The springs were just like yours, slightly tipped in on each side. Yours are normal.
