Where does this wire go?

I have a 710k. On the rear wall of the cab divider is he power box formally used to power the radio equipment. This is a box with two plug and separate 30 amp breakers. 24 volt power comes in via what appears to be a 10 gauge wire and is switched so the power is only available when the battery switch is turned on. (right?)
From this junction/plug box a smaller wire exits and goes back through the divider and runs along the top channel below the wire screen and mine terminates with a 15 amp in-line fuse. Did this wire support the heater when it was there or did it continue somewhere else?
Anybody having knowledge please let me know as perhaps I'll find a new use for it or continue it to wherever its supposed to go. Everything appears to be working correctly so I'm a little puzzled.
