Combat Crockpot

Hi guys, I'm new to the pinzy scene and this is my first post to any forum (this forum has been an invaluable source of information). Just ordered one of these to put in my 710m, and was wondering if anyone else has seen/used one. Seems like it would be great for coffee, hot chocolate, heating meals, or even hot water for washing/showers (when hot water is added to cool water). The low setting is supposed to reach 155 degrees, and the high is 185. I hope the pinz can handle the 400 watts.

I made my shower from a stainless steel garden sprayer that I can put on the camp stove to heat up. That's cause I could not
find anything like you have gotten.

I had one but decided to not use it in my build. I didn't want to sacrifice the room it would take up for just heating water, opted for heating water over a stove or by solar means. It is a great product and will run off the Pinz 24v system and is bullet proof in construction. If you have the space I say use it and enjoy hot water.

This has a 3 prong connector.. anyone know the mating plug for it?

There are lots of three prong connectors. A pic is helpful if you want to know what might work.

It's an Amphenol plug,

It says:
Pin A: Positive (+) (Violet wire)
Pin B: Negative (-) (Orange wire)
Pin C: No Connection (Yellow wire)
Newark Electronics is where you want to get your connector. The part number you need is
MS3106A16-10S
The cable clamp is the second component you'll need. That part number is
97-3057-1008

Found this site here in Aus that may offer an alternative. Both 12 volt and 24 volt options.
