You can try calling these guys, they sell a full NOS heater kit and may sell spare fuel pumps for them.

You might checkout the steel soldiers site.
There are many of their members that have parts, or know places to find them.
Another thought...there is a military engine heater that heats water to warm up the engine.
It is the same as the Benmar 20,000 btu cabin heater and uses a lot of the same parts.

Found a used one for $85. Decided to try a new 24 v pump, just haven't put it in yet.
