Trying to get PhpBB installed within my corporate network

Has anyone done it in the past? We have several servers available, and loads of space. I'm curious if one of you fine gents tried it in the past and found that it conflicted with X, Y or Z that I should keep an eye out for?

I had it installed on a win 2003 Virtual server
The features did not work for what we needed so ended up with W2008 VM with vBulletin
Again, it was just for internal use not public forum
Had no issues with either re install or hardware
