Wheel pattern/backspacing?

I can't find the specs and want to have wheels made. How do I describe the wheel bolt pattern, and what is the stock backspacing? Thanks

Wheel Bolt pattern:
5 on 160mm (6.3"). Back spacing is 6 5/8"
