I was going to try it but I could only get two cell phones.

reminds me of the neutral bomb myth. If you rev your pinz with the clutch in while passing a police car on the highway with strobes on, you can cause a signal that will turn the lights off. Anyone hear about this one? The reason it appears to work is that many highway cops can turn the back side of their strobe lights on while keeping the front side off so as you pass and look back, it appears like you caused them to turn off.
