Hello all!
I'm playing around with the idea of selling my '74 710m. I purchased it last summer as a project, but have lost a lot of free time to personal issues and more responsibilities with work. I'm looking for some input on pricing, if anyone could lend an opinion, I would greatly appreciate it!
Specs:
Brand new tuff river top - black/tan - cab only
New paint throughout the cab and body
Re wired dash to original specs
New tail lights - non led
Rebuilt carbs
New flamethrower, plugs, wires
New wipers, mirrors, seat belts, Optima yellow tops
New brake switch, signal relay, rpm module,
Truck still needs a lot of curse words directed at it, things that need work:
Original seats
Dog house isn't in great shape
Doors are off and in mid restoration
Rear Bed floor needs to be rebuilt
Rusted thru in a few areas of the rear passenger side panel
Brakes need to be relined
Missing spare wheel
Need a new turn signal switch
Missing original axe, has original shovel
Needs a new muffler, few dime sized rust outs
Parking brake lever doesn't lock, brake works though
Working on new wood rub rails
I also rhino lined the the floor boards of the cab and bed. Looks good to me, but may not for those that want a more original looking truck.
My intentions through out the restoration have always been to make the Pinz look great while trying to keep it looking original but using newer practices, and equipment/material.
I'm not sure what to do with it at this time. Please feel free to chime in!
Thanks!
(I will post pictures soon)

And please stop with the rino lining. This is a 40 year old truck with rust issues. All you are doing is covering up rust and giving it a nice quiet place to eat metal. You rino new, not old. The next guy is going to have to remove it to see what needs repaired. Mine was rinoed and now I have been removing it with a lot of labor,to find holes that no one knew were there. It reduces the value of the vehicle. I would think What is he hiding?

Re: Feeler
I'd try to get a lot of detailed wide and close shots of any rust spots, and under the Linex area.
What did you mean about the bed needing rebuilt?

Re: Feeler
The bed is in poor condition, lots of rust. I am/was planning on having the floorboard of the bed cut out and replaced.
The rhino lining is in the cab and didn't cover up any imperfections, a previous owner coated the underbody with a liner so I do understand the frustrations.
I got to get on my computer to reduce the size of recent photos, here are a few from earlier this summer:
