Elevated Air Filter Intake

A while back I saw a post for some elevated air intakes. I have searched the archives but was unable to find them.

Can anyone advise what was used to fabricate them?...in particular the top cap?

That was a brain-f#*t...

"Snorkel" didn't even occur to me...I tried "cyclone", "raised air filter", etc.
