Pigs

Post by Erik712m »

Well, Like I posted before Free for all Thursday. Watching the travel channel they were talking about pigs and how wild pigs were going for more than farmed pigs curious how some of the none US friends prepare pig? I know I probably shouldn't bring up on this forum but it's the only one I communicate on. I regularly go to OK. and hunt wild pig. About the only way we cook them is over smoke with salt and pepper a little bit of vinegar.
