Ya, the investment is hard to ignore. And the lack of humidity is REALLY hard to ignore, especially on a day like today...holy crap it's hot and sticky here!!!

Ya, it'll be a a long, long time before I get into the retirement years, but it would be a heck of a lot cheaper and faster to hit the Arizona property than some of the vacations I've been on recently...and at the end of it all, you own it! Really looking forward to getting out that way to see some of these areas.....
If any of you know you are going to be in AZ with a little heads up we could set up a little pinz tour. From top to bottom of this state there is some fantastic wheeling. Not all of the wheeling is technical, some is just into some very beautiful areas.

I will get in touch for sure. It won't be until next spring/summer until I come looking though. The offer is appreciated!!
I've spent a little time out there and I thought Prescott was pretty cool. Besides, there is a Pinzgauer guru (Thilo Kass) in town to help keep your Pinz running well...as long as you don't piss him off!

At this point, being in the planning stage, I'd consider any cost effective way to get myself into a nice little piece of property with favorable temps. I suppose Texas, New Mexico, Nevada....
Can't wait to check it all out!
