Glad to be back!

Post by Shovel Bum »

So happy to once again be a proud Pinz owner!

I had a 710 back in the early 2000s but had to sell it. Of all the cars I've seen come and go -- and there have been a lot -- that was the only one I really regretted losing. Ever since, I've been saving and looking. Two days ago, the dream became reality.

The pictures are of my new 1975 710M. I got this from Jeff Frank, of the Southwest Pinzgauer Association. I can't take credit for all of the awesome restoration work and upgrades because they were all undertaken by Jeff Frank and Tony Grant. My "blank slate" is not so blank and I thank them both for their outstanding work on this truck.

Anyway, I'm glad to be back in the fold and I look forward to being around for the long haul now.

Will

I am pretty sure Jurgen and Tony did most of the work on that truck but Jeff put it all back together!
It is nice in black vs the green Jurgen had!
You got a very nice truck that has been very well restored (I almost purchased it off of Jurgen a few years back)!
Welcome back.

Yellow and black is not a colour combo I had considered, but it looks pretty tight.

Congrats! 8)
