Mike

if you ever wanna meet up for a exotic 4x4 TT lemme know I will be happy bring the VOlvo along when its complete.

The plan is to have it complete for the 2011 RFC I want to drive it to the start and then take my other BATTLE truck into the jungle and then use the VOlvo in the jungle in 2012 :) after I test it all out.

I bought a 4x4 for cheap but had no papers but was lucky enough to get pick of the litter for first big release

Then I bought a 6x6 for parts to upgrade my 4x4

Then bought a 6x6 with a registration card which I am putting together now. 6x6 is twice the toll and 30 percent more woe

I was looking for a volvo and I may have some piccies of yours.

Yeah sounds like a good idea, was looking through your blog last night.

What rims you running on yours?

My project kept changing directions and depending upon overseas travel plans I hope to have it back on the road for Christmas as the plan has always been a trip to Krabi or Phuket.

I am running FORD RANGER 16" rims as we converted to DISCS when all the brakes siezed up.

Haha I have no leave left after the RFC so its in Malaysia for XMAS.

yep KL.

Looks like you are definately tinkering with the Volvo, was it a major feat to get the discs on?

I wanted the Lightweight from the above mentioned yard to put Volvo diffs under it but the price was 25k for a pile of rust that could not be registered. Hence the pile of rust is still sitting there and always will.
