Looking for - 2006 Hummer H1 with 6.6 Duramax

Hi all,

My brother in law builds military vehicle prototypes for South American interests. One of their side projects is procuring and restoring 2006 Hummer H1 6.6 Duramax Diesels. If anyone has a line on one, no matter the location or condition, please let me know.

Thanks for the link, looks like all Mil-spec Humvee's. Just looking for the 6.6 Duramax that was only available in the 2006 Civi version.

You gave up too easily...someone there knows something, just ask them there. don't think a pinz site is your best option for US iron.

Just putting it out there, 4x4 folks tend to flock together...many times I find things turn up where you least expect them.....

The 2006 is the Alpha. They are readily available, check eBay. Unless it's totalled, be prepared to spend a LOT of money. The '06 is different from any other civ H1. Prices are regularly over $100k.

Yes, the Alpha is all they are interested in. He's already found/procured 11, so things are going well! The proprietor of this business, is, shall we say, VERY wealthy. (not my brother in law, he is handling the procurement and restorations only).
