The washer bottle system really was an after thought for them wasn't it. Why did they put in "in" the cubby hole? It's awkward to remove and refill, even more so if you try and fill it in place.
I put a one way valve in the line as I found the pump would empty if left for a while and you have to pump several times before it even started to squirt water - and it does not squirt very much for each pump.
Just me "venting"....
